If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. You have 14 days to return an item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Final sale, clearance items, and First Aid Kits are not eligible for returns.

If you would like to exchange an item, you have 14 days to return your unwanted item from the date that you received it. If price varies, a price difference may need to be paid and you will receive an invoice. Once we receive the returned item and we have received the payment (if applicable), we will ship your new item.

Once your return is received and we determine that it is in the condition it was sent in, you will receive an email stating your refunded amount. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to hit your account will depend on the processing time and your bank. This can take up to 14 business days.
All leashes, harnesses, and collars have a 45 day quality guarantee where we will refund 100% of your costs if the item, at no fault of the buyer, becomes unsafe for the dog to use due to manufacturing defect. This includes an unraveling of stitching, any malfunctioning buckles, or broken clips. The quality guarantee DOES NOT cover chewing, normal wear and tear, or inaccurate use.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
Depending on the form of payment, refunds may take up to 14 business days to return back to you. If after 14 business days you still have not received a refund, contact your bank or your credit card provider as it may take a couple extra days to post. We reserve the right to charge for shipping on returns.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The time it takes for us to receive a return will vary, as does the time it takes to ship an exchange.
